I agree.
You should see it here in Quebec, and the Vermont and NY border. It is the worst flood in over 100 yrs, and has beat the old record.
It is a state of emergency here and the army is helping prevent more damages. As a friend who lives in St-Jean told me: This is worst than the ice storm.
