Babe! You've Lost Your Head!

Something was terribly amiss as I drove by The Trees of Mystery on my way to Arcata this week. Babe was missing her head! Apparently back around the holidays, the owners were decorating Babe by hanging a wreath around her neck. They knew she was due for some maintenance but figured they'd wait until after the holidays. Alas, Babe's neck gave way the next day.

Don't despair--repairs are under way and her head will be back on by tourist season...
